第一部分：饮水思源碑中英文碑记

天地交通，上下志同。桃秾李郁，生机蓬蓬。文脉绵绵，五交同源；弦歌相继，薪火恒传。躬逢此盛，立碑为铭。饮水思源，此情无尽。

岁在丙午，时维仲春，长三角校友会全体校友，感母校教育之深恩，念师长教诲之厚泽，捐资建碑，共贺西南交通大学百卅华诞。碑顶铸国立交通大学曾用校徽图案，径一百三十厘米，昭庆典之期；碑身一千八百九十六毫米，纪肇创之年。“饮水思源”四字，取自唐振绪老校长之遗墨。

“落其实者思其树，饮其流者怀其源。”寸心拳拳，皆系母校；赤诚一片，尽向杏坛。祝愿母校弦歌不缀，华章再续，继往开来，声传四海！

Drinking from the Stream and Remembering Its Source

An Inscription of Gratitude and Grace

Heaven and Earth commune in sacred dialogue, as the will of those above and those below flows in a single, harmonious stream. The peach and plum bloom in radiant splendor, a testament to a shared and surging life. Our cultural lineage stretches unbroken across the ages, a timeless river where five streams find one common source. While scholarly songs and strings play on, the ancient flames are passed from hand to hand. In this grand hour, we raise this stone to mark our shared devotion. Drinking from the stream, we honor the spring; to this deep source, we forever cling.

In the year of Bingwu, amidst the blossoming of mid-spring, the alumni of the Yangtze Delta gather to offer this tribute. Grateful for the profound grace of our Alma Mater, and illumined by the enduring wisdom of our mentors, we dedicate this monument to celebrate Southwest Jiaotong University’s hundred and thirtieth year. Atop the stele is cast the historic emblem of the National Jiaotong University, spanning one hundred and thirty centimeters, a gleaming testament to this grand jubilee. The monument stands one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six millimeters tall, a silent sentinel marking the year of our university's birth. Etched upon its face are the four solemn characters, ‘Yin Shui Si Yuan’ (Drinking from the Stream, Remembering the Source), rendered from the treasured calligraphy of our former president, Tang Zhenxu.

Those who taste the ripened fruit remember the tree that bore it; those who drink from the flowing stream honor the spring from which it rises.”  With every beat of the heart, we turn to our Alma Mater; with a singular sincerity, we revere the halls of learning. May her scholarly songs never fail, as new chapters are written in glory. Building on the past to light the way, may her name be a melody that brightens the day. From the four great seas to the ends of the earth, let the world hear the song of her wisdom and worth!

第二章：饮水思源 不忘来路

交通大学（Chiao Tung University）源自创校于1896年的北洋铁路官学堂、南洋公学和1909年创办的铁路管理传习所，是中国近代教育史上建校最早的高等学府之一。1921年，沪、唐、京三校合并，改称交通大学，形成了一校三区的格局。

在合并初期，交大三校区内部进行了院系调整。沪校原来的土木科移并于唐山，唐校机械科移设于上海，沪校原来的铁道管理科移设于北京。由于三地学科的调整，教师和学生也相应地进行了划转。交大虽分属三校区，却血脉相连，密不可分。

交通大学在历经100多年的历史变迁后衍生出五所高等学校，即上海交通大学、西安交通大学、西南交通大学、北京交通大学和台湾阳明交通大学，统称“中国交大五校”。五校校友精诚团结，共同秉持“饮水思源，五校一家”的理念，饮水思源碑即为五校精神团结的象征。

2026年，为庆祝西南交通大学建校130周年，西南交通大学长三角校友会全体校友感学校历史之波澜壮阔，念母校精心培育之深恩，特捐建“饮水思源碑”一座，以示饮水思源，不忘来路。

第三章：西南交通大学饮水思源碑介绍

在西南交通大学犀浦校区中轴线的北端，一座沉稳厚重的纪念碑静静矗立。它于时光深处低语，讲述着学校跨越三个世纪的传奇。它，便是西南交通大学长三角校友会致母校130周年校庆的献礼——饮水思源碑。

一、百卅辉煌，齿齿相扣

抬头仰望，顶铸历史校徽，直径 130 厘米的齿轮，象征 1896 至 2026，学校走过的130年春秋。齿轮外齿77，寓意学校自1896年至1972年更名为“西南交通大学”的77年。

二、一八九六，唐校手书

碑身高1896毫米，寓意1896年学校诞生于渤海之滨。四面碑体采用 5:3 黄金分割，稳重大气。正面“饮水思源”四字，为1935届校友唐振绪老校长遗墨。

1949年，唐振绪临危受命，率师生护校，把唐院完好交给新中国；后又奔走呼号，联络美洲交大校友，促成五所交大“先统一起来”，提出“天下交大是一家”的深情告白。铁画银钩，赤子丹心，写尽了一代学人对母校的深情和对国家统一的期盼！

三、百转千回，播迁之路

底座四面，高110厘米，暗合2006年110周年校庆确立“竢实扬华”精神之历史节点。浮雕之上，四面刻学校重要办学地点校门，地表详述播迁历史——从渤海之滨到天府之国，时空在浮雕上凝固，历史在方寸间铺展。这是一所大学的播迁史，更是一个民族工程教育的奋斗史！

四、南北呼应，扬华思源

南门影壁，“竢实扬华”，如朝阳初升，寓意果实成熟、扬我中华；北端立碑，“饮水思源”，似皓月当空，象征交大人不忘初心，爱国爱校。一南一北，一扬一思，构成交大历史传承闭环。

五、思源致远，再启新篇

百卅薪火，弦歌不辍，交大的每一次发展都刻着“扬华”二字，每一次腾飞都写着“思源”初心。站在碑前，我们能听见历史，也能望见未来——

愿思源之水，滔滔不绝，润泽学子心田；

愿扬华之实，累累硕果，谨为家国天下；

愿母校蓬勃发展，思源扬华，再启新篇！

第四章：饮水思源碑捐赠者名单

饮水思源，是交大百年的光辉传统；回报母校，是莘莘学子的千里情谊。昔我学子，负笈交大，承“竢实扬华，自强不息”之精神，成就栋梁。今我学子星散四方，应长三角校友会之倡，集八方校友之合力，聚涓滴而成江海，汇众志以兴庠序。

此章所铭，不单单是姓名，更是情谊与守望。每一份支持，皆如活水，滋养学脉；每一份心意，皆成基石，托举未来。愿我后来者，睹斯名而思其德，饮其水而怀其源，将这份兼济天下、回馈本源的精神，永续传承，光耀我西南交大之星辰河岳。
